Il linguaggio utilizzato dal nostro blogger è DIVULGATIVO, alla portata di un lettore non specializzato, stai leggendo qualcosa che già conosci, quindi per te è banale anche solo leggerlo, cercati qualcosa di più specifico.

Ciao ho un problemino con il plug-in. in alcuni temi funziona perfettamente in un altro che sto sviluppando mi fa vedere le icone sotto l’editor ma non me le fa cliccare, hai idea da cosa può dipendere.

I didn’t say the first time around, but WordPress.com Popular Posts and Jetpack are both activated, and I do see a div element that looks like it should be the right one… but it’s empty.

Good morning,

I have installed and active:
* WordPress 3.2.1
* WordPress.com Stats 1.8.5 (disabled, conflicts with jetpack)
* WordPress.com Popular Posts 2.5.2
* Jetpack by WordPress.com 1.1.3

When I view the page, I should have a “Popular Posts” section below “Recent Posts” (left sidebar on the right-hand side of the page). It is not there. When I check the page source I see a for it, but it’s empty.

This worked as expected before I installed jetpack yesterday, I could see the top 10 popular posts listed. Now it’s empty.

I’ve checked online and see a number of other people have run into this as well. What do I need to do to get my popular posts displayed again?

Hi, this is actually an issue in Smilies Themer, and not in my plugin. However I wrote a patch for that plugin some time ago to fix it (as you can see on my site), you can download it here.
You must overwrite the corresponding files in the smilies-themer plugin directory.

I also mailed the author but he didn’t merge it into the plugin. Maybe you could try to ask him again?

It maybe because I have a custom theme, but this line of code did not work. My style.css sheet doesn’t have any actual code in it though so maybe I am placing it in the wrong file or…?

Hi, I love this plugin, but it appears that if someone posts two of the same smileys in a row, one of them won’t work. i am using Clean Home 3.2.1 and the Tango smilies package. You can see the issue in the comments of my blog here: http://www.zooknudsen.com/blog/skinz#comments

Hi, I don’t know if you still check this for comments but I could really use some help. I have a custom theme and I cannot figure out why my smilies show up in a vertical line rather than a horizontal. If you want to look into it for me I can send you the information, or if you know what code I need to change that would also be really helpful.

Hi, you should now use JetPack, a new plugin from WordPress.com that included the old WordPress.com Stats plugin. But don't worry, here is a really easy step-by-step guide to make it work:

Log into your admin page
Click on Plugins on the left bar
Click on Add new
In the "search" input text, put "jetpack", and hit "Search Plugins"
The first result should be "Jetpack by WordPress.com": click on "Install Now" below its name. (Confirm when asked)
The plugin will be then installed: when finished click on Activate Plugin.
Follow the instructions on the screen to activate JetPack.

When you are finished, you can repeat the steps above to install WordPress.com Popular Posts, but search for "wordpress com popular posts" in the search field. Please let me know if you still have difficulties.

I must agree. A couple of days ago I added 4 plugins to a blog I’ve been building up. It never ceases to amaze me…whenever I want to do something different there is a plugin that will do it for me.

Ho inserito il nome del file nel terminale, ma mi dice “accesso negato”.

Ah, ho capito come si deve sentire. Ci sono un sacco di aziende che al giorno d’oggi sono ingannevoli nella loro clienti solo così il loro prodotto sarà venduto. Piuttosto frustratng ma un sacco di persone sono ancora ingannati a loro credere.

I concur Mike. The amount of plugins that we have available at our fingertips is great. One of my very small WP blogs uses abut 8 of them, but they are all useful. We have to tip our collective hats to the software developers who have taken the time to create a lot of the great plugins!

I totally agree. When I first started to build sites, I coded them by hand. That’s great until your site gets to large and you have to make edits. When I put in above the textbox area (using wordpress 3.2.1) I get the error :

Any ideas what could be causing this?

WP Plugins make things a lot easier. There are a ton available, it all just depends on what you want to use them for!
